We Provide NDIS Transport Services in Mackay

Are you a Mackay resident who needs specialised transport services? Are you an NDIS participant who’s impacted by a disability? Our mission statement is to provide safe, reliable and comfortable door to door transport services to enhance the lives of those in our local community who need assistance. Our dedicated team go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of every client.
At Mackay Community Visitors Association, we offer NDIS transport services as well as catering for the frail and aged transport users and also provide service to those aged under 65 years who are not NDIS registered, but are in need.
Safe, Reliable Transportation
With three dedicated transport vehicles and experienced drivers, we move clients all over Mackay. One of our vehicles is equipped with state-of-the-art wheelchair access for those who need it. To access our NDIS transport services, all bookings must be made by 2.30pm the day prior. If you are under 65 and not NDIS registered and still want to use our transport services, just call our friendly team on 07 4953 1623 or email us at mcvatransport@gmail.com and pay as you go.
Unfortunately, we can’t transport clients who need assistance unless they’re accompanied by a carer, who will be charged at half the designated rate.
